INGEAR consists of commited people...

• who would like to support those most in need in the project countries Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka and Bolivia together with our project partners. The focus of our work is on securing basic needs, especially for children, sick and socially disadvantaged people.
• who are committed to the principle of "helping people to help themselves" together with the project partners on site. The focus is on the promotion and expansion of local structures.
• who pass on donations to sustainably oriented projects for a specific purpose. The cooperation is characterized above all by regular and personal exchange with the local project partners.
• who as an association, offer a platform for motivated people who want to make a difference together with others. Whether as a helper at events or in the administration, in coordination with local project partners, in the creation and implementation of frundraising projects or through assistance in social media: everyone can participate in INGEAR.
• who would like to enable volunteers to get an insight into exciting projects supported by INGEAR in another country. This is intended to provide an exchange between cultures, new insights and lots of experiences. • who inform about the current situation in the countries of the partner projects and other countries of the Global South and sensitize children, teenagers and young adults, especially, for a tolerant attitude of openness and respect for the differences that exist among people - read more at INGEAR@school.

In our commitment to a fairer distribution of global resources and against prejudice and racism, we are aware of our origins in the Global North and the privileges that come with it. We do everything in our power to continuously and critically question our perspectives, judgements, values and evaluations in the context of our work for INGEAR.
